Is there any way where we can lock the access ie. revoke write and delete permission for all the us

Hi All,

Is there a way where we can lock the access of all the user ie. revoke write and delete permission of all the users who have but can have read access on all the cabinets.

Presently there are users who have write and delete permission , so we need the users should not be ablr to upload or delete any document but can have read permission on all the cabinets.
