OpenDeploy : Not able to login

Hi ,

Using TS 6.1 & OD 6.0 . I have the user entries in od-admin.uid & od-user.uid .
But I am not able to login to OD . OD Services are running . Also one point when i try to login & hit login button , the od 60 service STOPs automatically .

Also i am getting error message on login screen like 'login is invalid' & something i get message like 'server is not running'

do you have some more error messages in any Adminserver logfile (/iw-home/Adminserver/... )
please attach them...

What is the possible source of problem , if we are not able to login to OD .

Hi,
the log says:

Error: user delrpathak1\dev1 does not have role od-admin

Do you have configured "delrpathak1\dev1" as od-admin?
Please note, that it is not enough to administer user "dev1" as od-admin,
the domain name in front of the user name is neccesary.
Also note, that you have to administer user "delrpathak1\dev1" via OD-Adminserver GUI, not via uid files (I think, that should be so for OD6.0x)

Additionally:
Try to login with the OD bootstrap user found in [ODHOME]/etc/deploy.cfg:
Deploy.bootStrapUserName...

I tried login with OD Bootstrap user .
