Does anyone have information as to why 2 Superuser accounts would be displaying different drop down

2 Superuser accounts in our system are set the same but the Extended Privileges drop down list available is different - any tips as to why this would be the case? Privileges both set to Superuser, Client Capability both set to System Administrator.

A superuser can grant all possible Extended Privileges to other superusers but not to himself.

That's the the reason for the different dropdowns. On the first screenshot you are checking the user himself (and you cannot grant yourself with Extended Privileges) while on the the second one you are checking a different user.

Here is an practical example: to grant superuserA with "Config, View and Purge Audit" Extended Privileges you must log in with superuserB and grant superuserA with such Extended Privileges.

Try to login with primary super user (documentum administrator) then check the properties of those 2 super users.

Even super users are not allowed to change their own audit privileges, only those of other accounts.
