Execute DataDictionary and Refresh Type Caches

Good Day Friends,

i have a new repository created (empty). I will convert to a dar File with composer.

How Can I bevore execute DataDicitionary and refresh type caches?

What are the steps as I never did that before?

    Sorry for that bad questions i am quite new.

    Maybe you have one last tipp for me:

    I logged into DA with my new repository, but there is no job. Why is there no job? did i forgot something?

    Your user account probably is not defined with client capability of Admin.
