Copy file

I search some method to copy a attached file from one directory in workspace to another.
I find only that I must download the file on the local filesystem and then upload the same to another directory!

Is the only method to do that or there is another?

Not 100% sure but you may look around the getCopy method, this will give you a copy of attachment and then you set this on another workspace.
