Branch Comparision using iwcmp

Hi,

I have a setup wherein there are two branches with similar base. The users are working on both the branches simutaneously and might add new files in any of those branches. After some time both the branches need to be brought in sync.

Do achieve that, i run a script which does an iwcmp with a base branch to find all the new and modified files in the source branch and copy over the new files to the other branch.

The process seems to working fine but somehow iwcmp at times doesnt pick up all the new files created in a particular branch during the iwcmp with the base branch.

Does anyone know of any bugs in iwcmp?
