VA Problem

Hi,

I am working on Visual annotate... I am using a configurable workflow (not provided by the interwoven solutions).. The cronological sequence of the tasks are....

1) User task -start task
2) Email task - review notification (uses iw_solution_email.ipl)
3) Review task
4) email to author (Reject) - (uses iw_solution_email.ipl)

I have been able to make the workflow VA enabled... but my problem is that any annotation i do on an HTML file are not available for the author to check!!!

That is, all the comment which i give during the review are not reflected to the author on rejection of the review..

can somebody give some inputs ASAP...

VA adds EA's to the attached review file, so check the EA's of html to see the comments. In order to view VA comments the author should also have VA client enabled on his local machine. Author use the Review menu of VA to see the comments of the reviewer's.

I have set the following job variables in my workflow

va_show_cycles = all
va_show_snapshots = all
va_show_reviewers = all
va_create_snapshots = unlimited
va_default_page = snapshot
va_which_snapshot = last
va_show_live_option = true
va_show_save_button = true

va_enabled = true
va_approve = Approve
va_reject = Reject
cycle = 1

My reviewer mail and reject mail are working fine....
The only issue is, i am not able to use the VA toolbars, they appear on the task bar, but am not able to use them....

I am baffeled and frustrated and am not able to find a solution to it, Help solicited...

Don't know if it still applies (I haven't used VA much since it was introduced) but there used to be a problem using the VA Toolbar if your browser had other custom toolbars (most notably the Google Toolbar) active.

If you have one or more "extra" toolbars active in your browser, try disabling them, quit and re-launch your browser, and see if that fixes the problem.
