I dont believe so, but the host name needs to be the same. The captiva license file is tied to the server.

During InpuAccel web component (Administration console), there is a step which that display a screen in wich i have to fill the adress IP to use for this web site (PFA)
it detect automatically the IP adresses of my network cards and display theme.
i have chosen the IP adress of my Ethernet card ==> installation was OK => sucess
after i have been able to launch my administration console from my browser using the IP adress i've mentioned
but just after my server restart my administration console was unreachable because the IP adress was changed
FI : i do not have enough rights to make my IP adress fix, by configuring the DHCP
is there a possibility to use the machine name instead of IP during the web component installation ?

Yes changing IP address doesn't matter. Host name should remain constant.
If changing host name then many places you need to update the configurations like module services, IADB etc..
I have created a document for host name change. Refer in case required.
what is the OS of the machine you are installing web components and why it is network card while installing.
when it is Dynamic IP you need to check with network team about that.
If the IP address is your server IP address then give a try adding in hostnames (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc).
Installation guide says, we need to add IP address to trusted zone in windows xp.
