Anyone encounter this error??

Have you by any chance just upgraded to 4.5.3?

I had a similar issue, and it turned out that the installer I had did not install the new stored procedures.

In my case, I was given patch 66344 (a new Deployment Agent installer) and the problem was fixed.

Falco is correct. There was a bug in the installation process that occurred if you had been updating your Deployment Agent application from a previous version and that previous version would have been the result from an upgrade from a version previous to it.
The new installer should hopefully do the trick.

Totally unrelated and not a huge deal, but I do wish that people started to get my first name right...
