Why table IWOV_IDMAPS is not created?

After I run "iwsyncdb -initial ", The talbe :IWTRACKER,IWT_1DBE39F270C5 and IWT_22CE38CCE680 are created.
But IWOV_IDMAPS is not created.

Why?

did you try to restart OD/DD? DAS is caching a lot of information, for example the names of tables created. in my case i had to delete recent rows in IWOV_IDMAPS, IWTRACKER and drop the IWT_**** tables itself. after restarting OD/DD i was able to start iwsyncdb -initial again.

After first time deployment did you manually deleted IWOV_IDMAPS ? If yes, then after that you might have ran the deployment again and it might have went successfully also, because the LONG_TABLES are cached.

Else restart the OD service and try the deployment again; It will create the IWOV_IDMAPS.
