Open Deploy CSF installation problem

I am getting problem while installing OD. After installing admin server it asks to install CSF when I click on next it gives me screen saying that "installer detected CSf service and it will upgrade it" and when i click next i get the error "Cannot determine current product version upgrade is impossible"

Previously i jave install OD in E: drive and it was working fine but according to my requirement i ned it in C: drive so now it sgiving the above problem. i have uninstall it properly deleted all the folders and registry but still gettign problem. I tried to stop all the services and install that is also working.
Please help what i should do. Its very urgent.

I suggest you contact and work with Interwoven Support to resolve this problem. You'll also need to make sure to let them know what version of OD you are trying to install, and what version of OD used to be installed.
