Dont you have to be an existing customer to get to the Download site? The OP was referring to the fact that dev edition used to be freely available on Developer Exchange.
correct, you have to be active customer. There must be some rule change, I used the link provided above.
I am an active customer. I downloaded the xcp developer edition last year and I have replace my laptop and I do not have a copy of it. And the link from which I downloaded last year is not working anymore. Can you suggest me to get through it.
