Dear,

After configuring the IIS Trusted Logon according to the product manual, we could login using AD user account by input username, password, domain through IIS, but when we try to use the TrustedLogon function by tick the TrustedLogon checkbox in index.jsp and click login button, the system alerts the following message.

Your login attempt has been unsuccessful. WorkSite MP did not recognize your name and password combination.

Please kindly comment and advice.

Thanks billlychan for your responses to the previous threads.

IIS trusted logon procedure is really long and if you do not complete all the steps in the correct order, you might run into errors, I have seen so many people complaining about it. But almost all of them went away after following the instructions in the right order.

Can you please undo the wsmp related changes you've done on the IIS server and then start over again from step 1? Please make sure to have debug logging enabled in main webapp (Deployment Manager). Try to login through NTLM authentication and if there are errors, please post the worksitemp.log here.

We have successfully IIS Trusted Logon setup in development server, but fail Production server.

Please kindly advice some hints for this case. Is the step ordering important? The steps are configuration only. After complete all configuration, it should be OK. Right?

Some more information on the issue:

If using http://localhost/worksitemp/index.jsp for IIS Trusted Logon, it works.
But using http://mwesap01/worksitemp/index.jsp, it fails.

It seems the NT account information is lost when using server name.

Please advise.
