Issue with email in the Workflow

Hi There,

I have a workflow that sends an email to the approver. In the email, I should have list of files that was attached to the workflow and 3 buttons 'Approve All', 'Approve Intranet' and 'End'.

I am getting the list of files in the email, but not the buttons. In fact my task transitions looks good. Can anybody has this problem earlier and solved it? If so, need your assistance. I did not do any changes to 'ccmail_htmlbody' (iw-home/local/config/wft/solutions). Here is my part of workflow that does this job.

What buttons/transitions do you see when you access the user task "UserDeploy" from TeamSite UI?

I think you mean:

Are you sure you're looking at the right task? in the right workflow?

I am calling the tasks correctly.

I am able to see the buttons in the TeamSite GUI, but I am not able to see the buttons in the email.

What could be wrong?

I am using iw_solutions.ipl file for emailing.

You need to look at the PTs being used by the iw_solutions_email.ipl - the one you specified in the workflow:"author_iwmailbody.tpl" - that's what controls what shows up in the email.
