Mac Native Client 4.5.3

We have upgraded our MediaBin production environment to 4.5.3 running on SQL with dedicated hardware for:
- Web Server
- 2 Application Servers
- SQL database server
On the web server we are running HTTPS enryption in combination with a reverse and a compression proxy server. User management is done in the corporate Active Directory via security groups. Right now we are facing problems for the users to connect via the Mac Native Client to the production environment.

Does anybody have experience on that? Is this influenced by https?

As a MediaBin Admin I can connect, but generic users are unable.

Let me know , you are using Windows Client / Mac Client to connect mediabin server ( as your privilege is MediaBin Admin)
Or you are using Windows Client and other users are using Mac Client

Please check the following
1. MediaBin web services Up
2. Macintosh OS X 10.3 (Panther) or higher.
