A fix for WFconstructor

The following code changes can be made to TeamSite::WFconstructor in order to allow the use of success/failure transitions from submittasks:

An alternative to modifying the actual WFconstructor.pm in iw-home/iw-perl/vendor/lib/TeamSite, is to copy-and-modify it in iw-home/iw-perl/site/lib/TeamSite.

I will be sending these changes to support in the hopes that it makes it out into a patch or service pack some day - but I figured I'd pass it along.

FYI - I've been told that WFconstructor module has already been enhanced/improved in 6.7 - including for allowing success/failure transitions on submittasks and updatetasks (I don't have access to a 6.7 server to verify, but I trust the source of the information).

That being the case - the posted code should only be used on pre-6.7 (and post 5.5.2?) servers.
