Error Installing Teamsite

This is my first windows intall (I installed Teamsite on Unix before). When I try to launch the Teamsite GUI installer I get the following output but the GUI does not launch.

Any ideas? by the way the private.exe file is there.

Try

d:

cd \Software\Interwoven\TeamSite\

& run install.bat
