How to user WOM to search LDAP trustee ?

Hi,

I found that the WOM API library.searchTrustees(sArg) can only search the trustee created by the Library Manager, it cannot search the LDAP user.

I have struggled with this problem for a long time. Who can give me any suggestion ?

It should work...

Which trustee are you loging in as to do the search? Does that trustee have rights to see the trustees you are searching?

When I login as an administrator, I can search all "local" users but not for LDAP users.

When I login as a general user, I can not search other trustee.

How to check the user has right to search the trustee or not ?

Or, how to grant the right to the user to see all trustee ?

In Library Manager, edit an OU or Realm node. The last tab in the edit popup is "Trustee Managers". There you can browse and select which trustees will have the right to see and modify the node and all its children.
