ORA-28547: connection to server failed, probable Oracle Net admin error

Hi All,

      I am installing content server 7.3 when I configuring the repository I am not able to connect with oracle database I am getting below error.

ORA-28547: connection to server failed, probable Oracle Net admin error.

Please let me know if any one faced this issue.
