visual preview and z-index

The problem I have (again) is that if we design a site with z-index, the visual preview tool-bar gets 'lost'. It is covered up by the content.

Ideally I would just have the vpreview css changed.

I have tried to solve this before & even raised a support request with IW.

Still on teamsite 6.1 on solaris - build #46485.
