Import and Get latest icons greyed

Hi,

Thanks in advance. A couple of users with editor role assigned to them are not able to perform Import function. The buttons are greyed out. No customizations are done. It does not happen to other editors. Any idea on how to solve this issue.

Check the groups (not roles) that those editors belong to against the groups which have access to the directories and files within the workarea that they are trying to work within.

Just to confirm, are you sure they are viewing their WORKAREA and not STAGING?
No harm in double checking I guess...

Thanks for your response. Yes you are right. They were not in the group. I added the and now they can perform the import and getlatest function.
