Unable to Save a DCR

Dear All,

I am getting the following error message, when i try to save a DCR !....
We are using TeamSite 6.5 on Windows 2003 machine. This has happened at one particular point of time in a day & only for one user and after a while the user could able to save the DCR.

I am trying to figure out the root cause of this error? Scanned through the TeamSite Log files, but have not found anything relavant in them.

Did anybody face this kind of error ?

Is this happening for English characters or any language specific ?

Hi,

It has happened only once, that too only at one point of time, after that user could able to save the DCR again. The user was entering the characters in German.

Do you know the root-cause of this error?

Please be more specific at what point of time it occured? What are the other things going along with that... i.e. backups; content freeze etc.

Also... as per my suggestion you should contact support for finding out the cause of the issue.

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0xb) was found in the CDATA section.

0xb is illegal XML charecter, so you need to remove that and try to save the DCR. The user might have made a mistake when entrying the data for the DCR.
