Open Office presentation(.odp) not opening on a single machine

We are using open office org2.0.We have uploaded a open office presentation
(.odp)in a folder.However on a particular machine (windowsxp,IE6)the document dosen't open.However a url copy paste in a new window opens the document.Any one can help on this?

If the temp file is not created for the document in temp/.wsmp folder then what can be the problem.

Hi,
Can you provide additional details on the view selection used when the Open Office document failes to open? Is it a view from the Zoom page? Is it from the folder or WorkSpace pages? Additional details may help troubleshoot. If you already resolved this issue, I'd be curious to know what caused it.

Hi ,
Some of these documents are in workspace.Some of them are under folders.There are two peculiar cases which we have observed.
1)When the user click the link of that document sent to him by sent link the dcoument dosen't open.Same is case when when he logs in to worksitemp and drills down to that document and clicks it.A icon of file cannot be opened is displayed in the browser.
2)However if we copy the entire URL and paste it in a new browser window the document opens.
This is a strange problem faced only on few machines.The jreversion/browser version/security settings are as per Worksitemp norms.
