Sending email to Group

santoshrt

Hi,

I would like to know whether we can use template based email (iw_solution_email.ipl) to send mail to a group i.e to a group of users in the group task.
Is it configurable or do I need to do some major modifications to iw_solution_email.ipl

Thanks in advance,
Santosh.

You can the email address to the To list in the header tpl so that its sent to multiple users. There is no need to modify the iw_solutions_email.ipl file.

But the multi list should be comma separated.. without having spaces in between values.
