Saving on Y Drive Error Fltmgr.sys

I have installed teamsite and every seemed to be working, but when I try to preview or generate a file from teamsite 6.5 sp2 (Win 2003 sp1) The computer begins a physical memory dump...

I am able to create new DCR's and save it through the GUI
If I try to access any files through the Y:\share I get the error:

STOP: 0x0000008E ....
fltmgr.sys - Address F726f0a5 base at F726B000, DateStamp....

any workaround to this would be great.

You are not the first. There are serious issues with TS on Windows2003 SP1. See this Thread.
TS 6.5 isn't approved with Win 2003 SP1.
