Sending E-mail From Word & Attachments

I have a simple template that sends an e-mail from Word using the ActiveWindow.EnvelopeVisible function/toolbar. To attach a Worksite document nrl link to the e-mail, the user needs to click the Paper Clip Icon in the Send Mail toolbar, select Item, then drill-down MailSite, DB, folder, etc. Is there a way to get to the MailSite folders first without having to drill down?

In a related question, is there a way to insert the MailSite "Insert a WorkSite Document" dialog button into the Word Send Mail toolbar?
