Just wanna check is opendeploy able to deploy when they is a updated version of the file?..
I am having difficulty finding the command line for opendeploy in the manual

The command for OD is:

iwodcmd

If you want to deploy when a file was submitted, use the default submit WF which includes opendeploy

OpenDeploy does not detect when a file is modified and is not executed automatically.

You need a separate tool or a process to find out if thats what you want, and then execute opendeploy.
