TS User account locked(TS 6.5,windows-2000)

I tried loging into TS ,as a user I had created(for test) through windows, under wrong role several times. Now the account has got locked. How can I unlock it?

TS does not lock the ID ... all security is being handled by the OS. Check on the operating system... the status of the user you had created for test.

Also... are you using LDAP for authentication?

I am not using LDAP!

If the user account is locked, its a OS issue, so go to user properties and unlock him.

Have you checked on the OS level?? What is the status of the user under Local User and Groups?
