Is it possible to datadeploy documents directly to BLOB datatype in Oracle

Is it possible to datadeploy documents directly to BLOB datatype in Oracle?
If so what is the structure of DCT .

I tried but not sure whether it is correct or not.
I was able to put the file to DB, but the dbms_lob.getlength
is not returning the exact size of the file..

Any help greatly appreciated ..
Please find the dct and datadeploy.xml which i tried.
