Database deployment is not enabled in the server configuration.

SYSTEM: Windows 2003 Enterprise with OpenDeploy 6.1 running.

Datadeploy is giving the following text under OpenDeploy ... Configurations -> DataDeploy Configurations Page. "Database deployment is not enabled in the server configuration."

First License did not have the modules selected. A second license was generated with all the modules selected and put into the \etc folder and the services were restarted. BUT when we go back into the DataDeploy Configuration Screen the same message appears: "Database deployment is not enabled in the server configuration."

Are we supposed to change a server cofiguration file?
