6.5 SP2 error

I am on TS6.5 SP1 with search SP2 already installed on Win 2000 system. I am trying to installa TeamSite SP2 it gives me error in the installation. It says that amt.exe file is missing from the Installer Data directory. Did anyone see this error. Please advice.

you installed search SP2 before the TS SP2 ? Isn't that backwords ?

No i guess, the guy at the support said it Search sp1, followed by sp2 and then teamsite sp2. Please correct me if i am wrong.

Trust support, for SP1 it was TS first then search.

This is from the TeamSite SP2 Supplement manual nipper.

1. Base TeamSite 6.5 release
2. Base Search 1.0 release
3. Search 1.0 Service Pack 2
4. TeamSite 6.5 Service Pack 2

SO i am doing right, but this error seems add.
have you seen the error before. Anyone please let me know if you have seen the error like mentioned above.

I don't want to opan an other case with support.

Typically you get this when your license is invalid.

6.5 SP2 requires a different license than previous releases - you have to go to the support site and *explicitly* run the 6.5 SP2 license generator.

Yes i did generate the license and it works fine. Thank you. earlier i was going to the TeamSite license generation site. This is not the right site. One needs to search the support which provides License for SP2.
