It has been, usually with more details...Question is, where is your dropdown?
The most often mentioned flavor is dropdown in DCT. The easiest way to do it is by using inline calls

runs the "blah" callout program, and that program calls DB, parses another
DCR, whatever... to print the following into stdout:

Could you post some sample code that would parse a dcr and spit out the options?

You need to set up a DNS for the database access and write a cript which queries the database and returns the value as result for you drop down, search the Devnet with right words, there are sample code available.

From his previous post, it sounds like he wants to pull his options from a DCR. That's also doable. See the perldoc for TeamSite: Smiley Very Happy
