I suggest you (a) get some training, (b) read the manuals, (c) research this question in the forums, or (d) hire someone who knows how to implement potentially complex workflows.

In short - you'd need to pass parameters to the child workflow by way of task-level or job-level variables within the parent workflow so that during instantiation the child workflow could create the desired tasks along with their transitions.
