disable prompt to clean Office 2000 code

I want to disable the visualformat prompt "Source code generated by Office 2000 has been detected... etc. etc. Do you want to clean the source code now?"

Instead I would like to default to Yes, without asking the user when they paste code from MS Word.

I have been searching the Ektron documentation but it doesn't look like you can disable this prompt.

Has anyone done this?
