Deployment Service Stopped

Hi All,

We have just upgraded our Open deploy reciever version to OD 6.0.2 Earlier it was using OD 5.0( we uninstalled the earlier version and then installed the new one).Open deploy base version on Teamsite server is 5.6.0.1. So we have installed a patch on Base version for the deployment to work.

But the problem we are facing is that Open deploy service is getting stopped on reciever server.this service is stopping after around every 12 hours. I am not sure whether its the problem due to upgardation of the OD version or anything else.
I have even checked the logs of Open deploy but there is no problem coming in these logs.
Can anybody help me by telling me the reason of this problem?

If you haven't already done so - I suggest you contact Support.

Also - keep in mind that the prescribed process is to upgrade the Base Server before (or at the same time as) the Receiver(s) - you seem to be doing it in the reverse order. This shouldn't be causing the Receiver process to stop, but it may cause other problems to occur.
