invoke bulk uploader definition through command prompt

Hi,
I have created a bulk upload definition in bulk uploader.I want to schedule this defination to run on daily basis.Is there a scheduling faclility available in bulk uploader?
If not can i access the definition through command prompt so that we can schdule it as a OS task.
Pls help .
