VisualPreview Toolbar missing

I'm running TeamSite 6.1. The VisualPreview Toolbar never appears. I've added the line _default=yes to the appropriate place in iw.cfg, but nothing.

What kind of files are you previewing?
If they aren't HTML (or derivitives) then it won't show up because it is injected into the browser's file stream as javascript code - which only works in HTML pages.

Also this requires that you have javascript enabled for your browser (which is fairly standard, but ...)

This is likely to happen in places where you use z-index in your CSS.

I'm using asps, and yes javascript is enabled. The point about z-index is very interesting. I will check it out. Thanks.
