windows server on which Ts 6.5 is running very slow!! help

Environment
Windows 2003 sp1 , Ts 6.5 sp2

We are running ts 6.5 on windows . we have stores default and dev and the dev store is on a SAN . For some reason once we moved the dev store to the SAN from C drive and did restart , the windows server is extremely slow and it doesnt recognise any of the stores
Any help with this multi store issue? - Please point me in any direction since i am totally confused

are you using recomemded hardware configuration? can you write a bit more details about your envoirnment?

My store exploded to 700 Gb and when i ran iwfshrink on it - it corrupted the store. Support came back big time and we were able to get it back up but on Y drive the store is 120 GB and on the actual Drive it is 700 Gb - moving it to a new drive with more space .

Any recomendations on why this is happening

environment:
Windows 2003 server no service packs
Ts 6.5 sp2
D drive has 2 stores default and outernet
Outernet is the one that exploded to 700 Gb
