URGENT : New Form Entry window not opening

Hi ,

Using TS 6.5 SP1 Win 2003.

We are facing strange problems on client m/c when we try to select File-->New Form Entry

or when we select some files and initiate the default submit workflow .

Following are the errors
1. When we do 'File-->New Form Entry'
Nothing opens up
2. When we select file and click on submit
we get error message 'You must select at least one file'
Attached is screen shot for error message .

we are facing such issues only on some client m/c and not on all .

Client m/c have windows XP

Pls let me know if u have any clue .

Rohit,

As you are facing the problem with some of the client machine, it is better to check the user permission and machine settings, as the coding can not be an issue.

Check on the following:
1. JVM being used.
2. Role of the user.
3. Permissions within workarea.
