Need to share content DCR across branches

We are using Teamsite 6.5 We have multiple branches owned by multiple business groups catering contents to various application.
There is need to reuse contents from other applications. We also need to change some of the content meta data before it appears in the application. Best way would be changing it in teamsite itself. Meta data will be stuff like taxonomy association, content attributes, personalization attributes, security attributes, etc which may vary from application to application.
Also these contents have different owners based on branches.

We need to know if such a thing is possible using teamsite.
We would very much appreciate any help in this regard.
