msg format of MSOUTLOOK in James

Hi,

I have set the email format from "MIME,eml" to "MSOUTLOOK,msg" in the System Configurations of Library Manager. But James throw exception for the fail conversion of msg email format.

My computer did not install microsoft office, I would like to know whether the exist of the microsoft office will affect the conversion of msg email format?

Can you please post the exception/error message from logs?

Yes. You need to have MS Office (including outlook) installed on the server where JAMES is running. After intalling, you need to bring up outlook one time manually for James to successfully work.
