Task already shared by user error

Hello all,

I started working with Teamsite 6.1 and one of our users is getting error in workflow while trying to deploy content. Error he's getting is Task "task_Name" is already shared by user "user_name"

"user_name" is the same user as the one trying to deploy.

Does anyone please knows what the problem might be?

I assume that task_Name is the name of a grouptask - yes?

Is the sharedby element for the grouptask being set staticly (names hard-coded in the WFT) or dynamicaly (names or groups being determined on the fly during instantiation or being adjusted via an externaltask or cgitask script)?

My guess is that somehow you are, somewhere, trying to add a user to the sharedby list who already exists there.

Without seeing the code - it's difficult to diagnose this further - and frankly I don't really want you to post the code until you do a bit more investigation on your own - you may be able to solve it yourself (which is always better in the long run).
