URL commands ccstd & ccpro do not update iw_which_ui cookie

I have not been able to test this on 6.5 SP2 or 6.7 yet, but the ccstd and ccpro url commands do not reset the value of the iw_which_ui cookie. This will break any logic that determines what to show if you are inspecting these values.

For example, if you log into ccstd and access the ccpro URL command, your iw_which_ui cookie will still read ccstd, instead of being updated to ccpro.

I am going to file a bug for this.
