Unable to take task

Hi,
The task details is send through email , when the user clicks thru and email and tries to Take the task is thrown with following error "Unable to take task - -Permission denied.

Please let me know the reason and hoe to debug

Probably the user is not a member of the group which is associated with the grouptask.
OR the user does not have any entry in the Role files

Musthafa,

If you are able to see some bands on top of screen mentioned - This task does not need any interaction or something like that... then you are not a member of the group, sharing the task.

If you are able to reach the task and could not access the task, then it can be access rights issue.
