CSSDK Client

Hi I have downloaded the sample code to test/learn CSSDK. but i see that the tutorial talks about a CSSDK client. Where do I download this client from?
Also, please give me the link for some more information on development using CSSDK.

From the downloads page, under the Content Management category, you should (if you have licensed it) see a link to ContentServices SDK. When you click that you should see a list of the versions (the most recent is 2.5SP2). If you don't see it, you need to check with your sales rep and make sure that you licensed it.

I am confused, Do i need this client to run my CSSDK? There is no link under Content Management on support site for us. There is only TeamSite. So does this mean that we cannot implement CSSDK ever? Please advice.
