Collapse a subreplicant

Thanks in advance.I am trying to collapse a replicant, which is residing another replicant. Can anyone tell me if this is possible or not. IWItem.setCollapsed() does not seems like working.

IWDatacapture.getItem("/Subtopic/Subject").setCollapsed(true);

Subtopic is the outer replicant and Subject is the inner replicant.

Is subtopic a replicant as well? If so, you need to reference which replicant instance you are working with, you can't do all of them at once. i.e. /Subtopic[1]/Subject. So if you want to do them all, you'll need to iterate through all Subtopics.

Thanks Jeff for your reply. IWDatacapture.getItem("/Subtopic").setCollapsed(true); is not working too. Here Subtopic is a replicant. No errors have been reported. Just have a doubt whether we can use this feature in TS 6.1 or not?

Ah, missed that you were using 6.1. This method is not available until 6.5.

I believe setCollapsed was introduced in 6.5 (it doesn't show up in the FormAPI Developer's Guide Release 6.0 - which is what shipped with 6.1)
