Printing multiple documents / emails

We are trying to print multiple items from Worksite including documents, emails and emails with documents attached.

When this is done by selecting multiple items (via Outlook integration), and using right click - Print, most print without any issue. However, some Word documents prompt the user to save the changes, even though no change has been made. This has the effect of re-ordering the paper output.

Is there a setting to force the document to close when printing using this method, without affecting the legitimate prompt to close docs in normal use?

Check your Word DDE Print settings in dbAdmin or in the Local Applications definition section on the workstation you are working on. You can use the Local Applications settings to test changes.

Older versions of iManage [sic] had incorrect DDE settings for Word. Newer WorkSite versions are correct, out of the box.

When you say some Word documents, not all, could it be that there is an Auto macro that is running for these documents based on an attached template?
