OpenDeploy base failed to connect to OD receiver

Hi,

I am trying to deploy content from a system where Teamsite and OD base are installed to another system where OD receiver is installed. But the deployment is taking lot of time to complete and giving following error.

Are you able to ping the target machine on the configured port?

Yes I am able to ping to the receiver machine from base server.

Hi,

1. Check wheather Base is runnng or not.

2. Try to restat base server

Then fire a test deplo, your problem may get resolved.

If its taking long time means, there is some problem in the permission on the receiver.

Check the group and permission of the receiver.
