Launch Pad Problem in Teamsite 6.1

One of my users is trying to import files from his local machine (IE 6 on Windows 2000) into his workarea but launch pad is not displaying the full file list.

For example if the user is having about 100 files in his local folder but launch pad is displaying only the first 30 or 35 files. How do I resolve this issue?

We are running Teamsite 6.1 on Soalris 8.

I have seen this issue with TeamSite 6.5 version on windows xp so check the Java Runtime version and see if it compatiable with TeamSite 6.1.
