Error saving Favourites

Help!

We have a single user seeing this error message (below) every time he tries to add a new file to his favourites. We are running TS6.5 with service pack1 on Solaris.

An error occurred creating a context of type "com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.filesys.bookmark.BookmarkContext" with id "null"

Any idea would be helpful.
